My name is Svetlana Chepko, and I’m a professional artist based in Moscow. I create most of my works with oil paints and a palette knife, and I like to keep things a bit abstract.
My main sources of inspiration are my creative spirit and children, and I like to express my thoughts and feelings on canvas.
My paintings are full of flowers, as they nurture the soul and make the heart kinder and gentler.
I graduated Gzhel State University in 2015 and studied the art of painting personally with famous Moscow artist E.N. Drobitsky.
My paintings have been exhibited at various competitions both in Russia and abroad. I have also held more than ten solo exhibitions in Russia.
My works are held in private and museum collections in Russia, France, Japan, and Australia.
I draw, and my son helps me...
Painting enables us to see things as they once were contemplated, with love." Paul Valery
